These Terms of Service govern your use of Hush, operated by Hush Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Hush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Hush service

Hush provides ambient sounds, mixing controls, and playback timers for general relaxation, focus, and entertainment. Hush is not medical care and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Acceptable use

You may use Hush for personal, lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access or security controls, probe or overload our systems, use automated means to scrape the service, or infringe the rights of others.

Audio and intellectual property

Hush, its design, software, audio library, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the public service for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not redistribute or resell Hush audio unless we give written permission.

Availability and disclaimers

Hush is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that a particular soundscape will be available at all times.

Changes and contact
